    Utility

    Securing power: interconnection studies, capacity agreements and a delivery date the program can rely on.

    Building

    Design and construction of the shell, structure and site infrastructure that everything else depends on.

    Equipment

    Long-lead switchgear, generators, UPS and cooling plant, specified, bought and delivered to schedule.

    Power and cooling

    Distribution and cooling systems installed, tested and commissioned until the halls go live.
